"I love the breath work... And I do a lot of this every day. What was interesting in this experience is that it triggered me to make a lot of movements in specific ways, to energize the chakras in very specific ways and move the energy. And at the end, when you were talking us through, I didn't see scrolls or anything, but I saw light. I traveled down this tunnel of light and I heard a voice say, "You no longer have vows of poverty. That's all behind." Because in other lifetimes, I was a monk or a priest and that's no longer there. And they said, "When you reach the energetic presence, then it will just come to you." Well, what was really fun was at the end when you were talking about the gifts. This hand came out, all I could see was this hand come out and it held this orb. And he put it into my heart and he said, "I gift you the seed of enlightenment from a Bodhisattva" or something like that. And I was like, okay, I don't know what to do with that one, but all right.
